but also a fix to the cuts that requires CC and muon anti-neutrino for qelike (but not for other categories). This dumps events that come from non-CC-anti-neutrino sources into qelikenot. Sean had code that did this I the qelike definition but it can also be done in the cuts explicitly, as long as one category does not include it so one can subtract those events.
