Add Educators Page #27

OK let me try this again! (I closed the previous PR since I had made a mess out of Git history and it was easier to start fresh)

Adding Educators page.
Per previous comment, div with class assigned can be simply .classname instead of div.classname. This was reflected where applicable.

@shohei-shibata good stuff! I modified the code a bit so that /guidebook and /for-educators used the same generic logic to convert markdown to Vue, did a few other minor mods. Thank you!!
