Mentioning users from server in discord server

Mentioning people from /say @mention or from ingame chat simply sends a usual message
Message sent from a discord server that supposed to be a command not appearing anywhere else
Steps to reproduce
Just run server with current version of mod and provided configuration
I might be just stupid and everything else, where I can find proper integration configuration or any guides how to configure it on my own?
