This only has updated design for the navbar, hero, and doctor. I realized midway this is a bigger story that I thought

issues:

on mobile view, anchor redirects on the nav menu do not work, they keep redirecting to the home page.
the sliders should have a cursor grab.
the Our Doctors left padding causes weird issues on navigation. This might need the other titles to have the same padding tho

anchor navigation still doesn't work but suspecting this is a nextjs issue and not a 'me' issue.
