Riot launcher integration #48

Riot just came out with their new launcher that will serve as a launcher for the league launcher and all their future games, is anybody working on an integration for this?

Adding the games via their shortcut just leads into an error for some reason, but basically their new launcher runs as follows

"C:\Games\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe" --launch-product=league_of_legends --launch-patchline=live for league "C:\Games\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe" --launch-product=bacon --launch-patchline=live for Legends of Runeterra (Likely will change later on from "bacon")

more will likely be added in the future but AFAIK they dont expect to release anything else for PC for quite a while

both games shortcuts want them to start in "Riot Games/Riot Client/" but it doesn't seem 100% needed as I can launch the games using the lines above in the windows run command

I just addded LoL to GOG and it works just fine linking it to LeagueClient.exe

The riot launcher is being used for multiple games now, hence the shortcut information I linked.

Still doesn't work for me linking it directly to the exe, likely because i've played their other games in the launcher/have alpha access while i'm guessing if you havent the launcher just defaults to league or something.

Okay but, like, is somebody working on this? Or any way to launch the games at all? Currently I have both League of Legends and Legends of Runeterra installed and as far as I can tell there's absolutely no way to launch either of them through GOG Galaxy 2.0

A GOG Staff member on reddit did say it was coming eventually/being worked on, but seems like it isn't coming anytime soon given how long its been, sadly.
