The CI (automatic builder for each commit) stopped working because the KWAD Builder download (hosted on discord) stopped working. This is because discord recently changed how they handle file uploads. I've fixed this by moving the KWAD Builder into the repository inside the workflow directory and invoking it there, so the CI is no longer dependent on an external download to run. I also updated some deprecated tool references in the CI.
