Fixes #1819 Fixes #1818

Update UI strings all over the place to reference "2024" as well as "2020", including doing some consistency and phrasing touch-ups
Update WASM install process via the menu item to handle installing to two different locations
Update the process name used to detect MSFS2024

This is just a draft. We have no idea what the install locations are for 2024, nor do we know if any of it will even work.

Yeah, or maybe we get in the dev alpha and that uses the real path.

Steam is confirmed working when the community folder isn't moved. I say we ship this and deal with any issues as they get reported. It's time.
