Use conda to install when possible #67

In the openforcefield maintainer call this morning I learned that my pip dependencies are now in conda-forge. I tried switching those here, but then tests started failing. It was in the middle of too many other changes so I thought I would just log this in the issue tracker and try it by itself.

This was fixed by a combination of #65 and #70
