Upon right clicking these on a server while you only have one left you will get kicked with an internal server error. Reference: https://github.com/MyM-ModpackTeam/ThaumicSkies/issues/3

That was fixed in 1.4 update of the mod(82ba0924a042471858337a9e42669817e7e49e29)

It says that 1.4 is for Minecraft 1.8. Does that mean there will be no fix put out for 1.7?

Pretty much so - I do not have the time to maintain 2 versions of the mod at the same time - and the fact that so much was changed with 1.8 does not help too...
