block some common names from usage #39

Some RFC's specify names (hostnames, domainnames and usernames) that should not be allowed to be used in user signup situations.

Currently, we only allow certain kinds of subjects, adding more filters here might be suitable.

Interesting that the example in the text, sslcertificates@, doesn't appear in the file with names to disallow.
