Description:

The current version of the Weather API project does not have a dark mode option. Dark mode is increasingly popular as it reduces eye strain, especially in low-light environments, and improves the overall user experience. This feature will allow users to toggle between light and dark modes.

Tasks:

• [ ] Add a toggle switch in the UI for dark mode activation.
• [ ] Implement styles for the dark mode theme (e.g., background, text, and UI elements).
• [ ] Add transitions for smooth switching between light and dark modes.
• [ ] Test the feature across all supported devices and browsers.
• [ ] Ensure proper contrast and accessibility in dark mode (e.g., readable text, accessible colors).

Expected Outcome:

A new dark mode feature with a toggle switch, allowing users to seamlessly switch between light and dark themes. The mode should persist across sessions and provide a visually appealing experience while maintaining accessibility standards.
