This PR adds power lines that can be walked on to cross gaps. They do not transmit power and are indestructible to avoid cutting off important areas.

Power lines exist in navy, red, green and blue. Power line mounts are meant to be connected to something solid on one of their side, power line cords are meant to be the "middle" part of the line. Power junction makes connection when there is a turn or a T junction.
