The values are fetched from:

https://emea.illumina.com/systems/sequencing-platforms/novaseq-x-plus/specifications.html
INS-00123 (error rate for Novaseq)
error for ReadsPerSampleHandler should be 75% of Cluster PF

@sarek928 pointed out that 1.5B probably only will have 2 lanes. We are trying to confirm this.

@matrulda I just got conformation from Illumina, The flowcells 10B and 25B have 8 lanes whereas 1.5B have 2.
