Issue use -align starWithAnn #20

RNAsik version 1.4.8
00:00:00.014    Error (/mnt/software/apps/RNAsik-pipe-1.4.8/bin/../src/sikSanityCheck.bds, line 85, pos 73): Usage: -gtfFile /path/to/GTFfile

No log files or html created. Only the directory was created.

The same code, except changing -align star, runs correctly.
