[Bug]: 0 animations error when running as admin #344

Provide Instructions on Reproducing the Problem

For some reason the program isn't detecting any animations (0 animations added bug), despite installing the .net 8+ runtime and running the program as admin. It's not in a protected directory either (D\:MO2 Data\SkyrimSE\mods). Directing the program to my Skyrim SE install using the command line argument also doesn't work. Any idea how I can fix this, anything else I might be missing?Does this version work with MO2?

Install .net 8.0+ runtime Install Pandora to MO2 Run Pandora as admin

May be useful to note the animations I am trying to add are OAR modules.

OAR animations will usually not show up in Pandora.

As you can see, most of mine are combat type animation.
