Reproduction:
Get a romerol zombie, remove it's limbs and put it in hardcrit, also get a basic human, put them close.
As the zombie, hit the human when you're in hardcrit and don't have arms with your zombie claws.
???
For better effect put a helmet and armour on your zombie, before you're a zombie, for maximum pwnage.
Issue:
Zombies can't be fully incapacitated in any way - no matter how many times you shoot/hit them, they can still attack things in hardcrit. Apparently this is a result of the crit changes (...?).
Zombies' arms can be removed, however they won't drop their 'zombie claw' item (forced weapon present in both arms) and can still attack with it.
Outside of a few special cases, there's almost no way to fight a zombie traditionally. You're taking a risk by melee-decapitating them, because they can still hit you, even when in hardcrit and with no arms. The only mainstream ways are: having a medical cyborg hit their head with a circular saw, using a high-power firearm to decapitate them, or having a cyborg shuttlegib/cremate them. This is absolutely funked - even Nukies, Blob, Space Dragon and Cult can be fought and killed using traditional means.
