  1. A simple Midi Controller for making music.

The scope of this project would be simple at first. The controller would have 5 or so buttons that could be set to keys, synth, or vocal samples. Maybe the board would come with sample drums and a bpm that is adjustable. If we can get away with it, a feature that records and loops input would help expand the possibilities of the board. Some sort of audio-visualizer would be really cool as well.

  2. Pong or Pacman

UM/Montana themed pong or Pacman. Pacman could be a Grizzly bear and the powerups are huckleberries. Visually and audio effects could make the Pong build more interesting and challenging. Pong also encourages people to interact and play together.

I would like to investigate designing a mini game inside my large game for my thesis project which is going to be an RPG game from the point of view of the teacher surviving their first year of teaching. I want to design a recess duty game where the teacher has to make sure all the students survive on the playground during lunch duty.

Let me know if anyone is interested in partnering up!

The idea that I had for my contribution to the wall project would be to make a Griz Esports themed pong clone that people can interact and play with in the Game Den. This would be a pretty simple and easy project to make and while not wholly original I think that people would enjoy it

Hello, I'd like to make a generative art piece that includes some interesting tidbits about climate change and the environment. Something in question and then an answer on how long it took the earth to actually create fossil fuels that are not replaceable. Something along those lines. Would love to collaborate on it with others if you're interested!

I was thinking of making interactive activity called “Ghosts”. If you open the application, you can draw bright lines on the wall. If you complete a closed shape with those lines and let go, it will create a “ghost” friend in that shape. It’s free to roam around, (i.e. float randomly, change its shape a bit, etc.) and you can make more of them if you’d like, with a rotating amount of personalities and expressions that appear on the “ghosts”. If I can get that done, then I would like to make it even more interactive, where there is a command bar for the user. Here you can switch from creating the “ghost” to actively interacting with them. I was thinking of maybe being able to give them treats, or call them over if they get too far away from the user, or giving them pets. And if you want to restart and make new ones, a command where they’ll pop out of existence, perhaps. The basic premise would be creating the "ghosts".
