Implement dash search.

The dash must have a box where the user could write in order to filter the applications by its name and description.

• The search will be limited to the items that are in the active tab.
• In the case of the start tab the search will be done globally.
• The user must input more than 2 character to trigger the search.
• If the user erases the search box the contents of the tab must be restored.
