missing `LICENSE` #1

Hi @MoorsTech , this is a great repository, i can run the model and reproduce it. However, since this is obviously a supplement to Resilient agriculture: water management for climate change adaptation in Lower Saxony, i think you should add a LICENSE file. I would recommend an MIT License. Maybe also reference the DOI of the paper in your README.

I think you should also mention the CORDEX terms of use that apply to the original EURO-CORDEX ensemble.
