implement checkFile / testFile / #57

As user, I can use the LSP console application to list all classes that are defined in a Modelica file, so that I can choose freely, which of these classes I want to investigate further with other LSP commands. (This is related to the last checkbox in #19.)

We need a JSON Rpc that returns all the (full!) class names defined in a File. Maybe we need a JSON Rpc which takes a path and uses https://github.com/MopeSWTP-SS21/MopeSWTP/issues/54 on all classes defined in that file

Note: I think this https://github.com/MopeSWTP-SS21/MopeSWTP/issues/21#issuecomment-863906145 might be helpful

@CptKaNe This issue has not received any updates in the last week. What is your status?

due to several issues last week concerning my health i was not able to work on any issue. I just arrived from the medic and will put my effort in the issues the remaining four days. i am sorry about that.
