Second client cannot initialize server #68

Steps to reproduce

Start server
Start client 1, connecting to the server
Exit client 1 (Input option 9) without sending any commands to the server
Start client 2, connecting to the server
Try to initialize server (input option 1)

Expected behavior

Initialization should work the same way as it does when first client connects.

Actual behavior

Initialization request hangs indefinitely, server output only shows MessageRequestReceived.
