Please describe your suggested enhancement:

Deal with accented characters.

Can you provide an example blazon?

Many, would also help disambiguate plate(accent) and plate for example

Can you provide a link to a picture of a shield showing your enhancement

Please provide any other information that you can

Might run into character set mismatches between browsers and PHP? Need to read 
up on how to do this!

Done, but rather crudely - internally all characters are converted to their 
unaccented versions, so it cannot be used for disambiguation but at least 
cutting and pasting of blazons with accented characters works now.
