Lion crowned: the crown doens't appear

Can you provide an example blazon that demonstrates the problem?

"Ermine, a lion rampant azure, crowned and langued or"
(See http://karlwilcox.com/parker/l/lion/ from PICKERING)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect a crowned lion, but I see no crown.

What version of drawshield are you using?

2.3d

What browser and version where you using to view the shield? Does the
problem also occur on other browsers?

Probably yes, because the crown is also missing in the SVG output file.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is one of those examples where the program can parse (understand) more 
heraldic terms than it can draw. This is OK (programming is much easier than 
drawing for me!) but what needs to be added is a warning message when this 
happens.
