Inserting a chief prevents bordure from reaching the top of the shield #205

Can you provide an example blazon that demonstrates the problem?

argent, a chief sable, a bordure or

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see a black stripe at the top of the shield with a gold border 
wrapping the shield. Instead, the border treats the bottom of the chief as the 
new top of the shield.

What version of drawshield are you using?
2.3d

What browser and version where you using to view the shield? Does the
problem also occur on other browsers?

I have implemented bordure as described in Parkers Heraldry:

"The bordure is placed over all ordinaries, except the chief, the quarter, and 
the canton, which invariably surmount it, with perhaps some few exceptions, 
which are in such cases to be specially described."

To get the effect that you are looking for you can use:

argent, a chief sable, overall a bordure or

I would be interested in views on whether this is the correct behaviour!
