Emails fail for Sara's instances:

Also she needs to be added to the admin team (she can't approve instances).

Setup of @smrolfe as admin by updating repository variables MORPHOCLOUD_GITHUB_ADMINS and MORPHOCLOUD_GITHUB_ADMIN_EMAILS
