segmentation of nuclei + membranes #1043

Hi all, thank you for putting together this amazing tool! I've been using cellpose for a while to segment nuclei in my fluorescent images, but now I've received a dataset with membrane staining and am wondering if you have any models or suggestions to perform better segmentation?

The images are 3D z-stacks with 2 channels (nuclei + membranes). I've tried using the cyto model provided by cellpose but generally the model seems to underestimate the size of cells, which would make sense if it's inferring the membrane channel as a cytoplasm. Are there any models available optimised for this type of segmentation?
