Don't show ROIS in main screen #1104

Describe the issue:

Hi all, I don't know why my Q:ROIs can't show in main screen , only in right small screen. Could u tell me how to solve it? Thanks!

Hi @KKroba, could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? At the top of your GUI, how many cells are identified? If there are zero ROIs classified as cells that might explain why you only see ROIs in the "right small screen", which show all the not cell ROIs.
