Release soundtrack as a separate thing on Steam #98

Have talked to @NeonInsect about it and it is available on bandcamp now: http://neoninsect.bandcamp.com/album/destination-sol-1

Need to find out how to release it as a soundtrack on Steam. I have not missed the Steamworks interface, augh :-)

Initial effort done by @Rulasmur and available as a closed PR #132 - we need to put that into a different repo to help keep engine repo size down (also need to kick out regular music not to mention the JREs..)
