Add CNAME record for careers.mozilla.vc #838

Mozilla.vc needs a new CNAME record for their job board. Instructions from the vendor:

On your web hosting provider’s admin interface, you can create the CName that you want such as “jobs” or “careers” that will look like jobs.mozilla.vc or careers.mozilla.vc Choose a name and point it to boards.consider.com

Here's more specific instructions for GoDaddy and AWS.

After discussing with Adam, he has asked that we use careers.mozilla.vc.

We never completed the transfer to AWS for this domain back in June. Instead, starting IO-2644
