[PM] India plans for January / February #80

Project: Kick-off a year of work in India and IoT
Plan: Convening 1 is happening from January 26th to February 14th
Details:
- Arrive in Bangalore.
- Take train to Ahmedabad.
- Make that amazing and productive –– it's a prototype for a bigger experience for Unbox Festival Dec2016 ––
- Spend 2 weeks at NID in Ahmedabad to kick-off our fellowship program and IoT year with a first network of stakeholders.
- Week 1: teaching with students in the morning. Jon is going to design a week of IoT / open hardware experiences with the students. We will share some research as well. everyone will participate. Afternoons: Students do self directed studies. We work on plans and ideas for the IoT and fellowship program.
- Week 2: more focused on making things, getting things done. We work more closely with the students and do some mentoring. Passionate people are staying and make the project move forward.

[x] get visa process rolling
[x] figure out list of invites from Mozilla (Mofo+Moco)
[ ] figure out volunteer participation
[ ] design the Hack Train experience tracking in #85
[ ] make plans to recruit fellows

@secretrobotron the dates are secured for the project with NID and UNBOX but we need to figure out if we extend to work with community members or else.
