Undo your action, the xorg.conf.nvidia file is not intended to be used as default xorg.conf. Bumblebee runs a X server on the nvidia card and copies the frames to the screen using VirtualGL.
I have attempted that; both with a default; and with no xorg.conf in existence.
Please try the new version here : https://github.com/Bumblebee-Project/Bumblebee.
I have one of these laptops running the following Ubuntu 11.04 - 32 bit Kernel 2.6.38-11-generic-pae Dual Video(intel and nvidia GT 330M) Bios Mode "Switchable"
The problem I am facing is that I install the bumblebee package, and it detects the card and configurations just fine; however upon attempting to move the xorg.config.nvidia to xorg.config and restarting x the Xorg.0.log indicates the following

X reconfigure itself through the debug mode and thats how I have to get it to run
I'm unsure where I'm supposed to attach the debug gz that I compiled, however would love to have my unity back.. now that I hacked the crap out of it to sort it all through.
