Lamps now illuminate with separate block properties for lit and unlit variants rather than just being tile entity controlled. This will likely fix many Optifine related issues with lamp blocks (but not for multipart lights, that's still Optifine's problem for not supporting tile-based lighting decisions) (fix #1720)
