Better handling of SMIME P7M emails #1302

So DoD has started PGP signing their emails, which is great except we get left with a file that is challenging to open/process.

Request MR42247 is a good example. I was able to download the P7M file and open it with a text editor to extract the text, but this doesn't work when they have attachments. Can we add some kind of support for these kinds of emails so that they're properly displayed and attachments?

I think it just bundles it all into a signed P7M file but we can just display it without verification.
