Icarus crashes attempting to debug when VS running as Admin #647

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Visual Studio as an Administrator in Vista or Win7.
2. Run Icarus and load a test. Press Debug.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected that Icarus could not automate VS because it is running at a
higher privilege level or that it would debug the test, but Icarus just
crashed. I would expect it to handle the failure and display a message.

Workaround, don't run VS as admin or run Icarus as admin.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.1 on Windows 7 with Visual Studio 2008.
