Add audio monitor #25

The animation when casting is the opposite of useful.

It is impossible to consider taking this service seriously while there is no audio monitor, to give the Publisher some confidence that the system can hear them. Need some feedback, proof of capture, proof of sound, minimum-viable soundcheck.
