As per the issue #126 I update the file with all require changes

Also I tried to update code_of _conduct file also Fixes issue #126 added the following points- Project Overview How to Contribute Contribution Guidelines Opening a Pull Request Issue Report Process Technologies Used Community and Communication Project Structure Inspiration for Contributions Also , I tried to make ik more creative. If any further changes required please tell me.

@Nikhil0-3 Thank you for your interest, but the changes you have made don't seem valuable as they are just paraphrasing the previous version that could be easily done with LLMs. Moreover you haven't even ran the project yourself so that you can know what real difficulties one can face, Hence closing this PR
