After user login to the CyGraphSpace window in the Cytoscape, the "Export to Graphs to GraphSpace" pop-up window is shown behind the Cytoscape window.
The correct behavior of the window is to shown in the foreground so user can immediately export the graph without switching windows.
The problem exists with Cytoscape 3.6.0 in Windows platform.
