Flex testing add-on (user_profile.js) not included in source distribution #179

user_profile.js, which we ship to enable Flex testing, is not included in the 
source distribution at all.

This is due to the archaic Python distribution mechanism, which has bitten us 
in the ass several times, and seemingly still continues to do so.

Can be fixed by adding the file also in MANIFEST.in
