Safari will not start #204

This was filed against RIDE, however it appears not to be RIDE specific.  What 
happens when you run a test with Firefox on OSX is that the test executes the 
browser comes up and hits google

I've attached the log for what happens when you run the same test with safari.  
I can see the selenium panel but the website will not come up.

We are on the mercy of the embedded Selenium version with regards to browser 
compatibility. There's nothing that we can do to support browser that are not 
supported by the Selenium version we are using.

Since the Selenium release cycle has sped up considerably, we might want to 
consider stopping distributing our own version of Selenium altogether, and 
require users to download it separately.
