Opening a Repository resets submodule to last commited state

Using Gittyup 1.3.0 on Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:

Create 2 Repositories Master and Module
Add Module as a submodule to Master
Add Commit to Module
Commit changes and module changes from Master
Add Commits to Module (Master shows modified module - don't commit)
Close Master repository from the list on the Left
Open Master from History - wait unitl Gittyup updates the repository
Refresh Module commit history - now this repository is no longer on HEAD but HEAD detached where Master last commited it.

It might be caused by enabling "Update submodules after pull and clone"

The same effect happens when opening a repository and the console shows the Updating... message.
