Add Vietnamese enhancement of Edwin #14

Please add font enhancement for Leland font for Vietnamese support.

I assume you mean for Edwin? This would unfortunately be an enormous task and is outside the scope of this project (Edwin is not intended to be a font which covers all languages, alphabets and writing systems - that is a task best left to specialists!)

FreeSerif, also part of MuseScore, supports quite a lot of languages

For the reasons given, this is exceptionally unlikely to be considered any time soon for Edwin, if at all, and a better solution is to use other fonts to meet this requirement. (FreeSerif, Noto, etc)
