See title. It is technically possible and I am already planning to try to get the Snapdragon X drivers working in Windows 10 because of my preference for it over Windows 11.

This is not possible as the WSAPatch (patch for running WSA on Windows 10) repo does not provide DLLs for Windows 10 arm64.
