Fix for step_time type / Brazilian Portuguese translation #8

Hi,

This is a fix this issue. The problem, in my case was that I have a fermenting step using decimals (float) for time. So I've changed the type for step_time parameter from int to float.

Bonus: Brazilian Portuguese translation :)
