Google.Apis should be implemented as a Portable Class Library to support 
different platforms in the future (Silverlight, Windows Phone, Windows RT, etc.)

Microsoft publish a beta version of HttpClient (the package we want to use as 
our transportation layer). Because of a beta license - "Evaluation Only.  You 
may not test or deploy the software in a live operating environment unless 
Microsoft permits you to do so under another agreement." we are not going to 
use this library, and as a result we will use an older version of HttpClient 
which isn't portable!

When the PCL version will be out of beta, we will make our GoogleApis assembly 
a PCL as well.
