ICOn: Add Option for “Infinite” Runtime Measurement #49

Description

Currently the icon subcommand measure always uses a certain measurement runtime (specified via the option -t/--time). To make a measurement for a undefined number of time easier we should use the value 0 to specify “infinite” runtime.
