Repositories added last year are auto-approved without any tags. #16

Which I guess is a mistake because to add new repositories I am required to add tags.

You are correct that new repositories are required to be tagged, as for the old repositories, we have an admin dashboard that will allow us to tag them manually, which we will start doing in the next few days.
