German support for Wolfram alpha skill #17

For the German version, questions are translated into English by google, passed on to wolfram alpha, the answers are translated back to German by google. Some formatting of answers is performed to get the metric answers from the wolfram response.

Try: Wie alt ist Bill Clinton? Wie hoch ist Mount Everest? Was ist 1,5 mal 2,5? Wie groß ist Barack Obama? Wann wurde Amerika gegründet?

Hi Felix,

I just saw this PR, it's from before I started at Mycroft. But the good news is we just added automated translation for any language to this Skill.

If you have a Mycroft install running would love to hear how you find it.

Since we now have this included, I'm going to close this PR.
