Volume is muted; after sleep/wakeup commands

Describe the bug after 'wake up' voice command - the volume is reduced to a 1 (led)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Restart unit
2. set Volume to 4 via buttons
3. put unit to "Go to Sleep"
4. tell Mycroft "Wake Up"
5. It responds BUT can barely hear it
6. do a "Volume Up button" and it will be at a level 2 on the LED

Expected behavior Maintain previous volume setting

I just did this

hey mycroft - set the volume to 80% hey mycroft - got to sleep hey mycroft - wake up hey mycroft - what's the volume set to answer = 8

So I am not able to reproduce this behavior with the latest build. Perhaps this is an artifact of when sleep was not working correctly during earlier builds. Closing for now. If someone sees this again recreate the bug but I am not seeing it on my end.

@ken-mycroft He used the buttons on top. Did you try those? (To many places to set the volume 😊 )
