A selection of changes to the Mycroft NPR News Reader Skill, to #10

I'm looking for these changes to be merged into core. I have renamed the skill to: skill-news and updated class names etc Also: changed it to be a more configurable news podcast player for RSS based feeds including better integration with home.mycroft.ai.
