Add audible and visual indicators for shutdown #32

After a shut down, there was no indication on the display that the Mark 1 was, indeed, shut down. The eyes and time display just stayed. This rectifies that.

(For giggles there's also the HAL-9000 branch with a few additional dialog lines.)
